TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS), PRIVACY POLICY AND USERS AGREEMENT:
This User Agreement ("Agreement" or "User Agreement") is a contract between you and BTUBANK, Inc. and applies to your use of the BTUBANK deposit and payment services and any related products and services (collectively the "Service"). This Agreement affects your rights and you should read it carefully. We encourage you to print the Agreement or copy it to your computer's hard drive for your reference. For additional information about the Service and how it works, please also consult the BTUBANK Branch near you, as listed on our web site.

In this Agreement, "you" or "your" means any person or entity using the Service ("Users"). Unless otherwise stated, "BTUBANK," "we" or "our" will refer collectively to BTUBANK, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors.

 To insure a solid financial foundation, all loans and financial instruments are backed by a combination of:

  • Gold, industrial metals and mining contracts

  • Renewable energy equipment from rated OEMs

  • Completed projects and near complete projects

  • Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with rated utilities

  • Biofuel, Energy and Water Delivery Contracts

  • Land with renewable energy and related resources

Account balances are measured by mass (weight) of gold bullion and industrial metals markets, as quoted at the time of delivery, affected by receipt of your deposit. We apologize, but for safety of investments, we do not offer margin accounts or participate in currency trading. To avoid losses, all withdrawals should be timed appropriately with market trends which currently are rising daily.

  2. The minimum deposit amount is one million dollars USD or the equivalent of 25 kilograms of gold bullion. Cashier's checks are accepted in any currency and are immediately converted to gold bullion at market rates. The exact rate of exchange varies daily and will not be known until your gold bullion arrives at our vault.
